Panama 2025
Escape the winter weather December 2025 by escaping to a private island with me in Boca Brava, Panama! We will truly get away from the hustle and bustle with beach front everything for our 5 night stay.

Although we will be island locked, we will not be bored and fill our days with plenty of yoga, exploration, and relaxation. This retreat provides unlimited access to kayaks, SUP boards, spa services and so much more!
